Our crew will accompany you with dignity and respect and will ensure a unique ceremony at sea, fully fulfilling your wishes.

For the benefit of marine flora and fauna, wreaths and floral arrangements containing plastic or other non-biodegradable materials (moss, wicker, wire, plastic, etc.) are prohibited.

Finally, during the ceremony, you may pay tribute to the deceased, particularly through the reading of texts or poems.

 

LEGAL

 

A declaration must be made to the town hall of the deceased's place of birth, indicating the place and date of scattering of ashes (Art. L. 2223-18-3 of the General Code of Local Authorities).

We can handle this process. On the day of the ceremony, you will be asked for:

 

the deceased's cremation certificate or a copy of the cremation attestation

a copy of the death certificate

 

Finally, we will issue you a scattering or immersion certificate stating the date, place, time, depth, and geographic coordinates in latitude and longitude, which will allow you to declare and subsequently organize memorial ceremonies.

 

Our company complies with maritime and environmental regulations regarding the scattering of ashes at sea.

 

CAPACITY

 

Our vessel can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
